Often, we can observe that different companies are at various levels of readiness when it comes to using artificial intelligence. Using a holistic organizational AI maturity model, we will review the most common levels of maturity and provide some practical examples of how to initiate (and in most cases, sustainably continue) the development of organizational AI capabilities. Additionally, we will present the increasing significance of a new role: the AI Business Partner.
